1. Services
Enhanced Beauty provides professional medical esthetics services, including waxing and skin treatments, at our location in LaSalle, Windsor, Ontario. All services are performed by a certified medical esthetician. Service descriptions, durations, and pricing are listed on our website and may be updated at any time.
2. Booking & Deposits
Appointments are booked online through our website. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service and will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will also result in deposit forfeiture. For full details, please review our Cancellation Policy.
4. Health & Safety Requirements
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications (including but not limited to Accutane, retinoids, or blood thinners) before receiving treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your treatment and results. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it may pose a health risk.
5. Results & Liability
While we strive to deliver the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary. Enhanced Beauty is not liable for adverse reactions that result from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Clients agree to follow all provided pre-treatment and aftercare guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Enhanced Beauty website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Enhanced Beauty and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
7. Website Use
You agree to use the Enhanced Beauty website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
8. Changes to Terms
